Leonard silent medical doctor hospital handicapped children romantic melodrama ("From the story by Ruth Sawyer"; about a young woman who was saved from life in a wheelchair by an operation, and she goes to work for a doctor who runs a hospital for crippled children, but then the doctor dies, and his son comes and intends to close the hospital and they will have to find new homes, but the man is hit by a car, and the young woman nurses him back to health, and he falls in love with her, but she leaves, and he starts a new home for the children, and when she sees that, she returns) starring Mae Murphy, Tom Moore, Winter Hall, Billy Jacobs, Mayme Kelso, and Loretta Young (4 years old in her very first movie, as "Fairy"!). Important Added Info: Note that ANY movie paper from this movie is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we received this one-sheet! Also note that this one-sheet measures 28 1/4" x 41" [72 x 104 cm]. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and minor wear on the folds. It had pinholes in the corners and a few small tears and pinholes in the rest of the borders, with a 2" tear near the center of the top border that extended into the top of the "N". Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
