It will ever be our first line of defense.") encouraging celebration of the U.S. Navy, and featuring Matt Murphey artwork of several military ships, airplanes and a submarine. Artist: Matt Murphey Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning! Note also that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster was folded in half an extra time resulting in a light vertical foldline at left and right and there are some creases along the folds, and several crossfolds have tiny paper loss (see our image). There are a few tears of varying lengths in the large blank borders and there is small paper loss at lower left. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and after linenbacking with some proper restoration the very rare war poster will look great! Learn More about condition grades
