An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Australian Stock Daybill Movie Poster (db; measures 13 1/4" x 30" [34 x 76 cm]) (Learn More)

Abbott and Costello, the circa 1950s stock poster featuring art and images of Bud Abbott and Lou Costello. Theaters would order this poster which had a large blank area for the title of the film being shown. Sometimes the studio would overprint the stock poster with the title of a specific movie, sometimes they sent paper snipes with the specific titles, and sometimes theater-owners simply wrote the title of the films in the blank area.

Condition: good to very good. There is some ink transfer throughout the poster from it being stored folded for a long period of time. There is paper loss in the upper right corner and there are some creases scattered throughout the poster.
