The Adventures of Sir Galahad, the 1949 Spencer Gordon Bennett Camelot sword-and-sorcery medieval fantasy adventure serial ("Boldest Knight of the Round Table"; "Giant Arrows Strike!"; "Hazardous journey!"; "A Columbia Serial") starring George Reeves (in the title role "as Sir Galahad"), Nelson Leigh ("as King Arthur"), William Fawcett ("as Merlin"), Hugh Prosser ("as Sir Lancelot"), Lois Hall ("as the Lady of the Lake"), Ray Corrigan, and Marjorie Strapp (as Queen Guinevere). Of course, after just one more movie, George Reeves starred in the pilot for TV's "The Adventures of Superman", which made him a major star! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
