Le Petit Dauphinois, the 1999 French art print (a tribute poster with a really wonderful recreation of the original 1933 poster by Leonetto Cappiello) featuring an image of a man with a globe for an eye reading the "Le Petit Dauphinois" newspaper. Most tribute posters are printed on modern paper and are easily recognizable as being recently created, but not this poster (they even reproduced tax stamps in the lower right)! If anyone knows more about this print, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was never folded and had the most minor of border defects. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great!
