An Original Vintage Theatrical Australian Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3 1/4" x 3 1/4") (Learn More) Above Suspicion, the 1943 Richard Thorpe European honeymoon romantic wedding pre-World War II (WWII) Nazi military spy espionage crime thriller ("It happened on a honeymoon!"; "Based upon the novel by Helen MacInnes"; set in 1939, about an American couple [the husband is an Oxford professor in England] who are just married and about to honeymoon in Europe, and they are asked to become spies against the Germans within Germany, and they soon realize that it is a dangerous mission they have undertaken) starring Joan Crawford, Fred MacMurray, Conrad Veidt, Basil Rathbone, and Reginald Owen NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the edges of the slide nearly as well.
