An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Two-Panel (known in Italy as a "4 Fogli") Movie Poster (2p; measures 55" x 78") (Learn More) Il vichingo venuto dal sud (released in the U.S. as "The Blonde in the Blue Movie" and in other English-speaking countries as "Viking Who Came From the South"), the 1971 Steno Italian Italian-man-in-Denmark sexploitation comedy ("Shocks and sex-sations!"; "Her husband thought she had a part-time job until he discovered her as... The Blonde in the Blue Movie"; about an Italian man who goes to Denmark and meets a beautiful sexy girl and marries her, but once they return to Italy, he discovers she had not only made a porn movie, but had signed a contract to make a second one, and the only way out of it is to pay her way out, and they don't have any money) starring Lando Buzzanca, Pamela Tiffin, Renzo Marignano, Gigi Ballista, Rita Forzano, Steffen Zacharias, Dominique Boschero, Alessandro Figurelli, Victoria Zinny, Donatella Della Nora, Ada Pometti, and Ferdy Mayne. Note that Pamela Tiffin had appeared in a bunch of American movies in the early 1960s playing teenage sex kitten-type roles, but by the mid-1960s, her marriage had failed, and the number of good American roles she was offered was greatly diminishing, and she went to Europe where she appeared in several sex comedies like this one (and she plays a young sexy girl, even though she was 29 at the time). Three years after this movie, she married and retired to raise her family. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Italian movie! Also note that this Italian two-panel poster was printed in 2 sections (designed to overlap) and when combined, the poster measures 55" x 78". Note that it is difficult to accurately date Italian posters, and some unmarked re-release posters can be extremely difficult to distinguish from first releases, so please bear that in mind before you place a bid. We used our best information to date this poster, but we can't always guarantee that the Italian posters we sell are not from an unmarked re-release, but this will only prove to be true in a very tiny number of cases.
