Presnell"; about a naive female lawyer who is hired by a businessman to defend a gangster, and she doesn't know that the businessman is secretly in cahoots with the gangster, but the D.A. sets her straight) starring Gail Patrick (later the executive producer of the TV series "Perry Mason"), Robert Preston, Otto Kruger, Sidney Toler, Helen MacKellar, Virginia Dabney, Eddie Marr, and Charles D. Brown
