And all they got was heartbreak!"; "A magnificent drama for all the people who make up America!"; incredibly similar to Hitchcock's "The Wrong Man", which also starred Henry Fonda, but decades later, about a man convicted of murder on faulty eyewitness testimony, and he comes very close to being executed, but is exonerated in the closing minutes of the movie) starring Maureen O'Sullivan, Henry Fonda, Ralph Bellamy, Alan Baxter, Stanley Ridges, Henry Kolker, and Martin Spellman NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The poster had two extra vertical folds to the left and right of the regular one, with several other partial vertical folds. It had unfortunate paper loss in one of the folds that was in the bridge of O'Sullivan's nose, and tiny paper loss to the right of that. It had pinholes, creases, and tears. Overall, the poster was in fair to good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Either before or after the poster was backed, it was displayed and the reds in the title and flesh areas faded somewhat.
