An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 28" x 42" [71 x 107 cm]) (Learn More) Extravagance, the 1919 Victor Schertzinger silent Wall Street marriage romantic melodrama (based on the story by John Lunch; about a woman whose spending has no limits, and she causes her husband to embezzle money to finance her lifestyle, but luckily that is only a dream, but then there is a real Wall Street crash, and he loses everything, but fortunately, she had her own money, and she uses it to finance them going out west and living a much more modest life) starring Dorothy Dalton, Charles Clary, J. Barney Sherry, Donald MacDoland, and Philo McCullough. Of course, there were some Wall Street crashes like the one described in the movie, but nothing like the one that would happen a decade later, in 1929! The poster had small tears and tiny paper loss in the top half of the vertical fold, with some separation on parts of the other folds and some small tears and tiny paper loss in the blank borders. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
