East Side, West Side, the 1927 Allan Dwan silent New York City romantic love triangle family relationship father/son boxing architecture comedy ("A comedy of New York life"; "A story of New York today with its loves, passions and hates"; "From the novel by Felix Riesenberg"; about a young man whose mother and stepfather are killed, and he goes to New York City, where he meets a wealthy architect who becomes his backer when he wants to be a boxer, and later he becomes a successful architect like his patron; what he doesn't know is that the architect is actually his father, but that comes to light when both father and son fall in love with the same woman!) starring George O'Brien, Virginia Valli, J. Farrell MacDonald, Holmes Herbert, June Collyer, Johnny Dooley, and Dore Davidson

Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this title card, and that was 9 years ago! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: very good. There are some faint smudges in the upper right of the card. Otherwise, the card is in pretty nice condition. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back!
