An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures 3 1/4" x 4" [8 x 10 cm]) (Learn More) From London to Laramie, the 1917 silent comedy short ("Pathe presents Lonesome Luke"; "Two reel comedy") starring Harold Lloyd (in the title role as Lonesome Luke), Harry 'Snub' Pollard, Bebe Daniels, Billy Fay, Bud Jamison, and Fred Jefferson. Note that IMDB credits this as "From Laramie to London", but several other sources contend that it's "From London to Laramie"! If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). This slide is the kind that has two panes of glass that are taped together with black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of many older glass slides. We have provided a high quality scan of the image, but we have not taken a photo of the slide, because there would really be very little to see! Condition: very good. There is white tape around the edges (it might have been a replacement for the original tape). Otherwise, the slide is in nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
