At first, the voice of Woody was supplied by Mel Blanc, but after several other people filled that position, Walter Lantz' wife, Grace Stafford, got the job! A balloon featuring the character has long been a staple of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and he has a star on on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He also appeared in many comic books. Important Added Info: Note that this animation cel has been personally autographed (signed) by Walter Lantz and hand-numbered 62/100! It is nicely matted and framed and has some information about the scene on front! Note that this item needs to be shipped in an oversized flat package.
