Van Dyke Budapest Hungary romantic musical fantasy melodrama ("M-G-M's Magnificent Musical Extravaganza!"; "The sky's the limit in M-G-M's magnificent musical extravaganza!"; about a man who is in love with a woman who does not love him, and he has a dream that is presented as a long fantasy sequence where she is a real angel who agrees to marry him!) starring Jeanette MacDonald (in a dual role!), Nelson Eddy, Edward Everett Horton, Binnie Barnes, Reginald Owen, Douglass Dumbrille, Mona Maris, Janis Carter, and Inez Cooper NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline). Condition: very good. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the play dates section at the bottom of the glass.
