An Original 1984 Vintage 18" Tsukuda Jumbo Model No. 2 Action Figure (in box; measures 8" x 8" x 20") (Learn More) Alien, the classic 1979 Ridley Scott English/U.S. science fiction (sci-fi) space monster horror action thriller ("In space no one can hear you scream."; "a word of warning..."; "Story by Dan O'Bannon & Ronald Shusett") starring Tom Skerritt (as Dallas), Sigourney Weaver (as Ripley), Veronica Cartwright (as Lambert), Harry Dean Stanton (as Brett), John Hurt (as Kane), Ian Holm (as Ash), Yaphet Kotto ("as Parker"), and Bolaji Badejo (in the title role as the Alien). Note that fantasy artist H.R. Giger did the wonderful art that was used to create the alien and the alien planet, but his art was not used on any of the regular posters, only on special prints created after the movie became a hit! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that there was an 18" Kenner action figure similar to this that was made in 1979. In 1984, Tsukuda made THIS 18" "jumbo figure", but they did not obtain the rights! The figure is incredibly impressive (its arms, legs, and tail are all movable) and it can be displayed in your home or office. It comes in the original box and has the separate tail, hands, and plastic shield (although the plastic shield is missing a small part from one end; see our images). The box has its original Styrofoam, and the top and bottom of the box are both included. Also included is the original instruction sheet, which is printed in both Japanese and English. Condition: very good. A small piece of the plastic shield was broken off. Otherwise, the figure and the box are in nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
