We have only previously auctioned two different half-sheets from this movie, and NO other movie paper of any kind until we received this poster! Also note that this one-sheet measures 27 3/4" x 41 1/4" [70 x 105 cm]. What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster was slightly printed "off register". It has almost no effect on the image, but the title and credits at the bottom have the blues and yellows printed lower than the rest of the poster, and it is quite noticeable in that area. We don't know if other examples of this poster would have the same defect, because we have never auctioned any. Otherwise, the poster had separation on parts of the folds and tiny paper loss in the top right blank corner, and would have been in "very good" condition, if not for the off register printing. The poster was backed well, but the restorer did not address the registration issue described above. It is not that distracting, and one could certainly display the poster as is, or one could have a different restorer touch up the areas that are off register. Learn More about condition grades
