The buyer of that poster has now reconsigned it to us, so this is still the only example we have ever auctioned! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and separation, smudges, scuffs, and tiny dots of paper loss scattered on the foldlines. There were some faint brown dot stains scattered throughout the poster. There were tears and areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster, including the top right corner (extending into the blank background and small parts of three of the letters of Grace Moore's credit at the top). Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
