Date Sold 12/8/2020 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 4 oversized color photos (ranging in size from 13 1/4" x 17" to 15 1/4" x 20 1/2"). Note that the items in this lot are from the 1930s. Note that these photos are somewhat of a mystery. The Jean Harlow, which is mounted onto a board, as is the Bette Davis, has a partial sticker on the back that mentions the Rochester Photographic Society of America, and also has a date of March 15 - April 3, 1937, so it seems likely that some or all of these were part of that exhibition. The Anita Louise has her name and 1938 written on the back in grease pencil. The Sigrid Gurie only has her name written on the back in pencil. So while these have a "newer" look, they seem to have been created in the 1930s. However, we can't guarantee that, so please do not bid on this lot unless you can accept that uncertainty.
