Gordon giant grasshopper insect science fiction (sci-fi) fantasy thriller ("New Thrills! New Shocks! New Terror!"; "Filmed In New HorrorScope!"; "'We may have to use the "A" bomb to destroy the giants!'") starring Peter Graves, Peggie Castle, Morris Ankrum, Thomas B. Henry, Than Wyenn, James Seay, Patricia Dean (not credited, but she is pictured prominently on many of the posters for this movie!), and Frank Wilcox NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the middle crossfold and tiny tears and small areas of paper loss scattered down the vertical fold and across the middle horizontal fold, with a lesser amount of wear on the other folds, and minor border wear. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
