She is best known for her roles in 1940s film noirs, often with Burt Lancaster. She was one of many beautiful young actresses who was signed to a personal contract by Hal Wallis, and he orchestrated her career, as he did with many others! Some of her movies include: The Strange Love of Martha Ivers, Dead Reckoning, The Racket, Loving You, and Pulp. She passed away in 2015 at the age of 92. Important Added Info: Note that this great candid is from when Lizabeth Scott was just 23 years old and she had been Tallulah Bankhead's understudy in the Broadway show "Skin of Your Teeth". She left that and became a fashion model and then Hal Wallis discovered her, and got her cast in "You Came Along", followed by "The Strange Love of Martha Ivers". This still was created in 1946, when The Strange Love of Martha Ivers was released, but it shows her a couple years earlier from her fashion model days. Condition: good to very good.
