Kieler Woche 1976 (literally translates to "Kiel Week 1976"), the 1976 German poster promoting an annual sailing regatta that was held from June 19th to the 27th in Kiel, Germany. Note that this poster features art of many paper boats with the date of the regatta by Fortsch Von Baumgarten. The Kiel Week (Kieler Woche) or Kiel Regatta is an annual sailing event in Kiel, the capital of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It is the largest sailing event in the world, and also one of the largest Volksfeste in Germany, attracting millions of people every year from all over Germany and neighboring countries.
