If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Have you ever wondered why really old movie posters are so rare? One reason is because you could not buy them in any way, and if you went to a theater and asked them to sell you one, they told you "no, we have to give them back". That might have sounded like an excuse, but actually, that WAS how it was back then! The posters were reused by other theaters, so if a theater sold theirs, it meant the next theater would not have a poster to display. Taped to the back of this poster is wonderful proof of that! It is a note that explains that "these movie signs" had to be returned "to 905" (obviously an address) each week, and that they had to be put in a bag as soon as the new ones were put up. We have provided a photo of this note on the back of the poster (see our second image). Condition: good to very good. The poster has tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and tack holes and stains around the edges, with a few scattered in the poster. It has a note taped to the back (see above).
