Our Mother's House, the 1967 Jack Clayton English psychological Gothic family relationship thriller ("We know a secret, we won't tell for if we tell, we'll go to hell."; "There's no place like home since they buried mommy in the garden!"; "'We'll go to hell - if we tell!'"; "Based on the novel by Julian Gloag") starring Dirk Bogarde, Margaret Brooks, Pamela Franklin, Louis Sheldon Williams, Mark Lester, and John Gugolka. Note that the screenplay for this movie was co-written by Haya Harareet, the actress who starred in Ben-Hur, and appeared in a total of 8 movies up until 1964, when she stopped acting. She was married to director Jack Clayton, who directed this movie.
