The Iron Duke, the 1934 (released in the U.S. in 1935) Victor Saville English historical biographical politics melodrama ("You'll carry out my orders this very night!"; "Napoleon's Master... with the troops -with the ladies."; a fictionalized biography of the Duke of Wellington, who, after defeating Napoleon at Waterloo, became Prime Minister of England) starring George Arliss (in the title role as the Duke of Wellington), Elaine Terriss, A.E. Matthews, Gladys Cooper, and Alan Aynesworth

Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned an example of this pressbook in any condition. Only the covers are present, but there is also a wonderful ad supplement that measures 15" x 22" and is printed on both sides. On one side, it has eight artwork images of George Arliss, each drawn by a different famous artist, which includes Al Hirschfeld, Hans Flato, and six others. We have never seen this supplement or this art before!

Condition: fair to good, WITH CUTS. Only the front and back covers and the supplement described above are present.
