An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) The Vampire, the 1957 Paul Landres monster horror thriller ("A new kind of killer to stalk the screen!"; "It claws... it drains blood!") starring John Beal (in the title role as Dr. Paul Beecher), Coleen Gray, Kenneth Tobey, Dabbs Greer, Lydia Reed, Herb Vigran, Paul Brinegar, Ann Staunton, and James Griffith NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had small paper loss at the crossfolds and creases, tears, and tiny areas of paper loss in parts of the foldlines. There were two 2" scuff marks in the cheek of the girl at center. There was paper loss at the left and right ends of the top foldline and pinholes, creases, tears, and small areas of paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see some signs of the restoration of the above defects.
