If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had a 4" V-shaped tear in Mitchum's forehead at top left, with tiny bits of surface paper loss along the sides of the tear and small paper loss at the bottom of the tear. Otherwise, the poster only had minor fold and border wear. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the tear described above. Learn More about condition grades
