Note that Carey Wilson had great success with shorts about Nostradamus! His first one was in 1938 called simply "Nostradamus". He did another one in 1942 called "Further Prophecies of Nostradamus". In January of 1953, he did "Nostradamus Says So", and just six month later, he followed it up with this second one, "Let's Ask Nostradamus". Obviously, the public loved watching film about Nostradamus' amazingly accurate prophecies! If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that first release 1953 movie paper from this short is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned a single poster or lobby card from this short until we received this one-sheet! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had some tiny tears and tiny bits of surface paper loss on small parts of the vertical fold and very minor wear on the horizontal folds and in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
