Condition: very good to fine. The card has a pinhole in each corner and one in the center of the top blank border. There is a 1 1/2" tear in the right of the top border. Other than the above, the card is in really nice condition! Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back of the card!
