Important Added Info: Note that I would bet anything that these two guys were good friends. Col. Parker had that 50% deal with Elvis, and Hal Wallis had an endless stream of young "protege" starlets, so they seemed cut from the same cloth! Also note that this key book still is on a deluxe heavyweight paper stock and has an extra 1" on the top of the still with punch holes (where the still was kept in a binder).
