Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was never folded. It had a 6" faint horizontal crease in the bottom center of the image, in the background area, with a few faint creases and scuffs scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well! As noted above, this poster came from the amazing Kevin Doyle Star Wars movie poster collection, and he had all of his Star Wars posters linenbacked, for preservation, not because they needed restoration.
