Private Worlds, the 1935 Gregory La Cava psychiatrist psychiatry mental hospital melodrama (a movie that was far ahead of its time in two different areas!; it makes the case for compassionate treatment of mentally ill people in mental hospitals, and it also has Claudette Colbert playing a female psychiatrist in a strong positive role at a time when few movies allowed women to play such roles!) starring Claudette Colbert (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Charles Boyer, Joel McCrea, Joan Bennett, Helen Vinson, and Guinn 'Big Boy' Williams

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 13 1/2" x 36" [34 x 91 cm]. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good. The left and right edges of the poster have been unevenly trimmed. There are some small areas of paper loss and a few 3" and smaller tears around the edges of the poster (some repaired with tape from the back). There are some smudges, scuff marks, and minor creases scattered throughout the poster.
