An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More)

Kismet, the 1920 Louis J. Gasnier (billed as "Gasnier ") Arabian Baghdad silent romantic fantasy adventure melodrama ("By Edward Knoblock") starring Otis Skinner, Rosemary Theby, Elinor Fair, Marguerite Comont, and Nicholas Dunaew. Note that there had been a 1914 short movie adapted from this story, and in 1920, there was this feature version starring Otis Skinner, who also starred in a sound remake in 1930, and there were several later sound versions as well.

Important Added Info: Glass slides were designed to be put in a special projector that would project the image onto a movie screen (they use exactly the same concept as 35mm slides). We have taken a digital photo of each that shows the general condition of the overall slide and holder, and we have also made a digital scan that shows the glass image well, but does not show the holder (except as a dark outline).
