NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that the books were sent to theater owners with a glassine cover that wrapped around the covers of the book and the book was then placed in a special mailer. Probably 99% of the people who received these books threw out that glassine cover and the mailer, but this specific one comes with both (but both have nothing identifying them printed on them, so it is not that much of an addition). Condition: very good to fine. There is some scuffing on the covers, but otherwise, the book is in nice condition. Note that the book still has its original glassine wrapper, but the glassine is torn and has loss, but it served its job of protecting the book somewhat, as did the original cardboard mailer, which also is included with the book.
