New techniques require thousands of trained operators and maintenance men to handle all Army communications."; "Photograph from special Signal Corps issue of Radio News.") encouraging men to enlist, and featuring an image of several men with radio equipment in a classroom.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had minor wear on the folds and in the borders. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, but it was removed from the stretcher too soon, and there is now rippling around the edges of the excess linen, but it does not really affect the poster.
