Important Added Info: Our consignor purchased this decades ago, and he has since passed away, so we can't ask him about it. It may have been a cel that was purchased from the Courvoisier Gallery in San Francisco, and that makes sense, because our consignor was from San Francisco, and he likely found it in an antique store there. It consists of two cels of a cow and its calf and they are on a background which is likely one of the ones used by the Courvoisier Gallery. The cel was taped to a mat with two kinds of tape (see our image).

Condition: fair to good. It appears the matted item became water stained at some point, and that affected both of the cels, and there is staining around them. No doubt this can be restored, but bear all of this in mind (and the uncertainty of its origin) before bidding on it. Also, the cardboard mat that the cel is taped to was burned down the left edge, but solely blank cardboard is affected.
