June 28th is National War Savings Day, the 1918 U.S. World War I (WWI) War Bonds poster ("Pledge yourself to save and buy war savings stamps that there may be more money, labor and materials to provide for those who fight for you") encouraging people to buy more war bonds, and featuring art of an eagle with the Torch of Liberty behind it

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: very good. The poster has one blank border tear at lower center that has been repaired with tape from the back. It is otherwise in pretty nice condition and it displays well!
