Kiss has sold more than 75 million records worldwide, including 21 million RIAA-certified albums, and in 2014, they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The group's career has spanned over four decades and has included many changes in the band roster. Members include Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley, Peter Criss, Tommy Thayer, and Eric Singer. Some of their works include: Hotter Than Hell, Destroyer, and Love Gun Artist: David Edward Byrd Important Added Info: Note that this "poster" (created by combining 4 separate posters) has a very special origin. They were put out in conjunction with the "Back In The Solo Album Groove: The KISS Albums. 35 Years Later", which were four separate albums released at the same time. The KISS members decided at the last minute that they wanted to put a separate poster into each album, but that even more elaborate, they wanted the four posters to have "interlocking images" (each poster has uneven borders, so that they join together like jigsaw puzzle pieces, so you can't put them together incorrectly), so that fans could remove all four posters from the albums and then join them together on the wall into a single "poster"! They hired artist David Edward Byrd, who remembers that they called him on a Friday and wanted the art done by Monday! The four posters here (which originally measured approximately 17" x 21 3/4") were taped together and displayed on a wall. We have never auctioned any of these posters before, either individually or together. Condition: very good. The four posters were taped together from the reverse (see above). There are pinholes and some tiny paper loss in the corners and some creases scattered throughout (see our image). Learn More about condition grades
