Important Added Info: Note that these posters have been laminated! It is quite likely that there is no way to reverse this process. However, I have seen many posters that have been laminated for over 20 years, and the lamination does not hurt the posters in any way, plus it seems to completely protect them, while allowing them to be easily displayed with no fear of damage.
