Note that in addition to other inaccuracies in the movie, Krakatoa is actually WEST of Java! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: The posters were placed on to a thin linen backing shortly after being printed. The purpose was to reinforce the posters, so that they would survive, when they were passed from theater to theater, and when they were put up on walls and taken down. Such posters can be professionally removed from the original linen and placed on to a proper linen backing. I have done this to several such posters, and they end up looking wonderful! Note that it is difficult to accurately date Italian posters, and some unmarked re-release posters can be extremely difficult to distinguish from first releases, so please bear that in mind before you place a bid. We used our best information to date this poster, but we can't always guarantee that the Italian posters we sell are not from an unmarked re-release, but this will only prove to be true in a very tiny number of cases. Condition: good to very good. All of the photobustas are on a linen backing . All were folded down the middle and all have numerous minor border defects. Learn More about condition grades
