She was born in 1896 and started out as a professional dancer, but then was signed by Biograph, where she became known as "The Biograph Blonde", and she also appeared in several D.W. Griffith movies. Some of her movies include: The Silver Horde, The Little Country Mouse, and The Country Lovers. She passed away in 1986 at the age of 90. Important Added Info: Note that in the days of fountain pens, people kept a blotter, which was a piece of cardboard on their desk to soak up excess ink.
