Leonard romantic con man swindler gambling cheat comedy (about a con woman who works with a couple in fleecing rich men out of their money; she decides to marry one of her marks, because he is super rich, and she thinks she can quit her bad lifestyle, but it turns out he was conning her, and he is broke!; but they end up actually falling in love, and she turns herself in, but the kind-hearted judge paroles her to the custody of her husband, played by a very young Johnny Mack Brown, who went on to be a major B-western cowboy star!; "From the story 'Little Angel' by Leroy Scott") starring Norma Shearer, Lowell Sherman, Gwen Lee, Johnny Mack Brown, and Eugenie Besserer. Note that this was a silent movie, and some additional scenes were hastily filmed with sound when it was released, but none of those included star Norma Shearer! Important Added Info: Note that in our last set of auctions that include multiple stills from single titles, we had 72 sets of stills that came from a wonderful group of just-discovered stills that are from 1927 to 1929, with the majority from 1928 exactly. Now, we are auctioning the remaining stills from this wonderful group, 131, all in separate auctions. In addition to them including a LOT of previously unseen stills (and sometimes from incredibly rare titles!), most of these stills have either snipes on the bottom or back, and many have some pencil writing on the back about the movie or actors.
