Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had creases along the folds and small tears around the edges, with some scuffs scattered in the image. It had creases in the bottom left corner extending into Hayward's foot. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but it was roughly handled after it was backed, and there is now separation in the right 4" of the middle fold, and the poster is "lifting" from the linen in that area. Any restorer could easily re-glue that area without re-backing the poster. Learn More about condition grades
