Chills for millions!"; "A million eyes wide and wild with terror!"; about an escaped convict who has a radioactive powder that can explode all of Los Angeles; to make matters worse, it is slowly killing him!) starring Vince Edwards, John Archer, Patricia Blair, Steven Ritch, and Lyle Talbot. Note that science fiction author Robert A. Heinlein wrote a story detailing the use of radioactive dust in 1943, even before President Roosevelt authorized the Manhattan Project, and one wonders if his story wasn't used as source material for this film!
