I oughta see it myself!'"; "Original story by Patterson McNutt and Harlan Ware"; about two G.I.s returning from World War II, going to tiny Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, intending to start a mink farm) starring Fred MacMurray, Marguerite Chapman, Akim Tamiroff, William Demarest, Rita Johnson, Harry Davenport, and Douglass Dumbrille. Note that star Fred MacMurray produced this movie himself, and was basically a tribute to his hometown of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, where the movie is set, and where MacMurray grew up!
