He is best remembered as playing Lieutenant Horatio Caine in TV's "CSI: Miami", and for his earlier role in TV's "NYPD Blue" (he quit to make movies, but after he did not have much success, he returned to TV). Some of his movies include: An Officer and a Gentleman, King of New York, and Proof of Life Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by David Caruso! Note that this repro 8x10 was consigned to us by a man who worked in the movie business, and who attended many premieres and special Hollywood events. When he would go to them, he would bring repro 8x10s of stars he knew would be in attendance, and get them autographed in person.
