Alice in Wonderland, the 1949 (released in the U.S. in 1951) Dallas Bower ("co-director of 'Henry V'") English/French/U.S. family fantasy adventure ("Lou Bunin's magical merger of live action and puppetry!"; "Filmed in Radiant ANSCO COLOR"; an adaptation of the children's classic fairy tale combining puppets with a live-action girl playing Alice!) starring Lou Bunin's Puppets, Carol Marsh (in the title role as Alice; billed as "Introducing Carol Marsh as Alice") and the voices of Stephen Murray ("as Lewis Carroll"), Pamela Brown (as the Queen of Hearts; billed "as Queen Victoria"), Ernest Milton (as the White Rabbit), Felix Aylmer (as the Cheshire Cat; billed "as Dean of Oxford"), and Raymond Bussieres (as the Mad Hatter)
