a lot of 12 original and TV re-release 8x10 stills from The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, the classic 1962 John Ford cowboy western ("Together For The First Time"; "Four-time Academy Award winner John Ford brings the American frontier to heroic life again!"; "Screenplay by James Warner Bellah and Willis Goldbeck"; "James Stewart John Wayne in the masterpiece of four-time Academy Award winner John Ford") starring James Stewart (Jimmy Stewart; as Ransom Stoddard), John Wayne (as Tom Doniphon), Vera Miles (as Hallie Stoddard), Lee Marvin (in the title role as Liberty Valance), Edmond O'Brien (as Dutton Peabody), Andy Devine (as Marshall Link Appleyard), Ken Murray (as Doc Willoughby), Strother Martin, Lee Van Cleef, Woody Strode (as Pompey), and Anna Lee. Note that the items in this lot are from the 1960s. Note that these were assembled by a collector, and some are original, but some are from various TV re-releases (see our images to know exactly which are which, and what re-releases they are from, if they are dated).
