Note that John Kitzmiller was a black African American who served in Italy in World War II, and he decided to stay there after the war, and he appeared in around 50 Italian movies! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Mitchell Hooks Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: good. There are two long vertical scratch marks in the background area between the two stars (it is certainly lucky that they are in this "dead" area, and do not affect either star's image or anything of importance other than sand and sky). There are pairs of staple holes in the top center of the card. There is a small tear in the upper left border, with creases, a few tiny stains, and some tiny scuffs around the edges. Note that the card has a very minor printing defect, which is a series of faint light pink, yellow, and blue lines down the left edge of the left blank border. This was a very minor printing defect that occurred during the printing of these cards, and it is found on many 1950s and early 1960s lobby cards, and few collectors consider it much of a defect at all, because it is in the left edge of the blank border, has no effect on the image, and would likely be on all examples of this lobby card. Note that this lobby card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
