An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Forty by Sixty Holiday Poster (40x60; measures 40" x 60" [102 x 152 cm]) (Learn More) Merry Christmas 1957, the 1957 holiday poster featuring colorful art of Santa Claus reading his list while elves decorate a Christmas tree with festive lights. Posters like these were ordered by many theaters prior to the major holidays, and displayed in their lobbies, but surely the vast majority of them were taken down and discarded as soon as the holiday was over, and they are extremely rare (we have only seen one of most of these, and in very rare cases we have seen two or three of one specific poster, so many are likely one or two of a kind). Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has some small scuffs scattered in the image and tape stains in the blank borders, where it was attached to a theater wall. Otherwise, it is in pretty nice condition, and it has likely survived in about as good condition as one could hope! Learn More about condition grades
