The Jerk, the classic 1979 Carl Reiner rags-to-riches-to-rags adventure romantic screwball comedy ("He was a poor black sharecropper's son who never dreamed he was adopted."; "A rags to riches to rags story.") starring Steve Martin (as Navin), Bernadette Peters (as Marie), Catlin Adams, Jackie Mason ("as Harry Hartounain"), Mabel King, and Carl Reiner (the director in a cameo as the celebrity who goes cross-eyed from Navin's invention)

Condition: very good to fine. The poster was tri-folded only and had fine surface paper loss on the crossfolds. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not at all distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
